    What happens in Coaching?

    It's all about getting you from where you are now to where you want to be

    In coaching we are looking for solutions to move you forward, or towards your goal.  It’s all about where you are now,  where you want to get to and how you can get there.

    We look at what is stopping you or keeping you stuck and together we work out a plan of action to help you get to where you want to be.

    It's all about exploring your options and getting a different perspective

    As your coach I listen to you and ask you questions that will help you to reflect, gain clarity, understanding, raise self-awareness, and identify your choices so that you can decide how best to move forward.

    I support you to explore different options, make a plan and start taking action.

    It's a safe, confidential and impartial space and it's all about you

    When was the last time you had a conversation all about you?  Hardly ever, I’m guessing.  A coaching session is all about you.  It’s your space, your time to think, talk and explore your thoughts without any judgement.

    When you work with a coach, we are impartial in a way that friends and family can’t be.    The focus is on all you.

    Support and Accountability

    Together we agree what level of support and accountability you need to help you achieve the outcome you want from coaching.

    And I’ll help to keep you motivated and on track while you work towards achieving your goal.

    We’ll celebrate your progress and I’ll be right there cheering you on.

    I’m not going to tell you what to do, I’m not a business mentor or strategist. I’m going to ask you the right questions, to help you find your own solutions.

    I know sometimes we just want someone else to tell us what to do, I get it!  But when you come up with the answers yourself it is SO much more empowering.

    Everyone comes to coaching for different reasons and each coaching session is unique.

    Together we will look at what you want to get from from coaching and create our session plans around you and what you need, so that I can best support you to achieve your goals.

    Be Clear

    1 x 90 minutes

    A one off breakthrough coaching session to help you gain clarity, stop holding yourself back and get unstuck so that you can start moving forwards and taking action.

     

    Be Motivated

    1 x 90 minutes + 1 x 60 minutes follow up.

    An intial coaching session to help you plan your next steps with follow up sessions to keep you on track, help you stay motivated and accountable.

     

    Be More

    6 x 90 minutes over 3 months

    In this 6 coaching session programme, we will work together to help you and your business be more of who you’d like to be and do more of what you want to do.

     

    Lets get you being more of your fabulous self and doing more of what you want to do!

    Choose a Coaching Plan

    If we think we’re a great fit, the next step is to decide which coaching package best suits your needs.

    We’ll agree how many sessions you want to sign up for and we’ll book in the dates and times for all of our future sessions.

    Start Working on Your Goals

    Once we’ve agreed the number of sessions you would like to book and agreed the T&Cs, I’ll send you a pre-coaching questionnaire to understand more about you and what you want to get from coaching.

    We’ll use this in our first session to help you start making progress and get  smashing those goals.
